In some old literature Absinthe is referred to as "la fée verte" The Green Fairy, and while some people mistakenly refer it to a liqueur, it is much, much more........... it's the prefered drink of Ernest Hemingway, Charles Baudelaire, Paul Verlaine, Arthur Rimbaud, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Amedeo Modigliani, Vincent van Gogh, and Oscar Wilde................. those people don't just drink anything, they drink legends.................. it's that good!
