"Sweet cherries from the foothills of the Black Forest. At altitudes 200-300 m cherries are grown traditionally. The southwest facing slopes of offers protection from cold easterly winds. The slight elevation attenuates excessive heating of the fruit during the ripening period of May to July. Doll Seppler, Black shaker and Benjaminler are the main locations for our Black Forest kirsch.
Taste: High Aromatic cherry bouquet paired with delicate, reminiscent of almond nuances, strong in appearance and harmonious mild aftertaste." -Producer
