Old Rip Van Winkle 107 Proof Bourbon Whiskey 750ML
This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible. We add just a splash of our Kentucky limestone well-water when we empty the barrels for bottling. Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find. The more water you add to whiskey from its natural barrel proof to its bottle proof, the harsher it becomes. This 107 barrel proof seems to be just right.

Great flavor with a nice smooth finish.
For the money, this 10 year Old Rip Van Winkle may (in my opinion) be the best buy available, (if you can find it). A liquor store manager and I both tried it and were very impressed. Very smooth finish for 107 proof. Extremely nice flavor. Liquor Barn did great providing me with such a fine bottle of bourbon.
