Host an Awesome Super Bowl Party This Year!

Host an Awesome Super Bowl Party This Year!

With the Super Bowl game just right around the corner, we can’t wait to see the Patriots and Seahawks face off! But really, we’re equally as excited about all the food drinks, and hilarious commercials! As a host, things can get pretty hectic. But if you plan ahead, get to the grocery store early, buy alcohol online, and put out décor the night before, you’re bound to have a great time! Check out these foolproof tips for hosting the best Super Bowl party around!

1. Drinks

Drinks are always associated with adult Super Bowl parties. Make sure to get alcohol earlier rather than later because stores could be running low on your favorites. Buy alcohol online to solve this problem! If you’re going for an overall theme for your party, consider buying themed beer and other drinks based on the team’s logos, mascots, or hometown. A good pairing for the Patriots would be Samuel Adams Boston Lager, and for the Seahawks, the Black Hawk Stout would work great. It’s also a good idea to have more than beer, as it is not everyone’s first choice.

2. Food

Chances are your guests will be at your place for quite some time. Bet on the fact that they will be hungry and snacking throughout the entire duration of their stay. From crackers to hot appetizers to chips and salsa and other classic sporty snacks, make sure your refrigerator and pantry is stocked. Creating something like a potato or taco bar will allow you to cook the main entrée ahead of time and let people fix their meal as they please.

3. Extras

While the accessories and overall presentation of the party can often be overlooked, they do add a certain flare to your party. Things like adding AstroTurf coasters or setting the table to look like a football field can go a long way. If the game is less than exciting, think about adding in a game of your own to keep people happy. Try predicting the winner’s final score or who will have the best commercial.

Just because you’re hosting doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a good time! Decrease your stress by buying alcohol online, stocking up on food soon, and having your accessories ready before guests arrive. Sit back, relax, and have a great time with your friends and family while watching the two best teams face off!
