You know the best part about drinking wine? Drinking it with a group of new people that share the same interests in spirits and wine, and having it go toward a good cause. For the third year, Liquor Barn is hosting the annual Wheeling Wine, Spirits and Beer Fest at the Chevy Chase Country Club on Friday, November 20th.

Liquor Barn invites you to spend an evening sampling more than 150 exclusive wines from around the world that are hand selected for this special evening, along with 150 local and craft spirits, and 150 craft beers provided by more than 60 vendors. We are proud to present the rare Pappy Van Winkle bourbon and other special whiskeys and bourbons to taste.

Wine and spirits are best when accompanied with something delicious and the Wheeling Wine, Spirits and Beer Fest will not disappoint. The event will include a vast buffet menu with chef-selected cheeses, appetizers, and fresh vegetables. The menu was crafted by the chef to perfectly match and highlight the wine menu for the evening.

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to Clearbrook, a local nonprofit that has been a committed leader and advocate in developing innovative opportunities and providing exceptional support for people with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other similar disabilities. Clearbrook has served this group for more than 60 years, providing more than 7,000 children and adults, and their families, with care and support in 170 communities across 14 countries (including 50 locations in the Chicagoland area).

Don’t wait to get your tickets, as there are a limited 500 guests invited to this event, and it will likely sell out as in years past. The first 100 guests to register will also be entered into a raffle for a $50 Liquor Barn gift card, with two winners to be selected.

You can also make a weekend of it at the Chevy Chase Country Club by playing 18 holes on this beautiful course that was built in 1927. Chevy Chase Country Club is very popular for weddings and corporate gatherings that call for a gorgeous setting and some class. It’s a perfect retreat from Chicago without leaving the greater Chicago land area.
