Rosa Is In!

One of the most highly anticipated releases of any Chicagoland brewery is Rosa. Until this week it was only available during the spring and summer at the Revolution Brewpub or Tap Room, but it is now available in 6-packs. 

This brew is wildly delicious- it pours out an electric red/pink color, the aroma is a collage of floral and berry notes that are mirrored in the taste, where notes of tangy citrus and fresh baked bread flavors round out the finish. This highly refreshing ale just screams for food, especially spicy dishes and of course anything cooked on a grill.
