Pale golden color. Aromas of creamy nougat, dates, dried papaya, anise, and pepper follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with cocoa and dried cherry notes. Finishes with a long, smooth and redolent sweet spicy oak and mineral fade. Great vitality and balance. Gold Medal.
