Colour: Dark straw - pale gold.
Body: Light - medium.
Finish: Sweet, grassy and pleasant.
Cask Type: First fill Bourbon barrels.
Tasting Note:
AROMA without water: A prominent floral note, touches of freshly cut grass and straw.
TASTE without water: A strong sweetness with mild spicy influences and a touch of perfume.
AROMA with water: Heavy citrus - lemon and oranges, milk chocolate with some woodiness and a nice balance of sweet elements.
TASTE with water: Heavy sweetness, light citrus and soft fruits - reminicent of cooked apples.
