Slivovitz in the round bottle in the yellow box was a tradition in our family. My father of blessed memory used to pass out shots of slivovitz to celebrate getting an order in business, or just to celebrate life's small joys and achievements. I thought it was firewater when I was young, but either it has gotten milder or I've grown accustomed to the taste! And suddenly my mother (92 years old, originally from Poland) couldn't find it in any store. The processing plant has apparently closed. But after some determined searching, I was delighted to find several bottles available at Liquor Barn online. I ordered 4, and they came carefully and safely packaged. Many thanks. We toast you!
