The 12 Year is a blend of 3 stills – 2 column, including the world’s only wooden Coffey still, and a unique double wooden pot still. Rich amber in colour. Super attractive nose packed with aromas of sugar, honey, banana, toffee, raisin and sultanas. Ripe, rich and balanced flavours and sweetness. After the sweetness, the finish is delightful, elegant and dry.

I ordered this Rum as a last minute Christmas gift. I ordered it late on December 22nd, praying that it would be delivered in time. The Liquor Barn made that happen! Look..........I have a sweet tooth, and I like Demerara rum... and THIS is a really great example of it. Can't afford the 15yr variety.. much less the 21 yr. But since they don't sell El Dorado in my part of the U.S. anymore I have to order it online. Good stuff... dark, sweet..intense... fits my palette profile.
