"Crystal clear body, golden wheat color from aging in oak casks . On swirling, it leaves a very light coating on the glass with very long legs forming. Dry butterscotch, vanilla oak, fruitier (dried fruit) smell than most tequilas. Sweetish start followed rapidly by a dry alkali tang and touches of leather. Finish is dry and bracing. Wonderful dry and slightly woody notes make it very good for a exotic martini. We also liked it with tonic and lime. A substantial and dryish reposado with more presence in a drink than most." -Spirits Review
