This 10 Year Old single malt is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for a total of 6 years before finishing fora minimum of 4 years in plum brandy casks. While the bourbon casks impart rich hints of vanilla and oak, the sherry casks infuse the whiskey with notes of dried fruits and spice, and the plum brandy casks round out the profile with balanced sweetness, resulting in harmonious complexity.
