Subtle and smooth
This is a wonderfully subtle walnut drink: it's sweet but not too sweet (unlike so many other walnut and hazelnut liqueurs), and it works great as either aperitif or digestif. While you can have it neat, I think it's at its best with a cube of ice in it.

From Croatia, this liquer is a perfect after dinner drink, or for me, anytime. Excellent flavor and exactly what I drank while in Croatia. For a martini like drink, mix with cherry vodka and ice, shake, pour into glass and have an incredible drink! Have shared with friends and it’s been a hit across the board.

So Good
All-time favorite; we've never found anything else remotely like it. We're most of the way through our second bottle and will probably just keep some in the house from now on, the only alcohol we make sure to keep on hand.

tastes like homemade
I was excited to try this commercial version and was not disappointed. Was in Croatia several years back and relatives had this sweet drink. I enjoyed sipping it then and now I have a bottle all to myself !!
