You will be notified by email that we received your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. If the items you ordered are in stock, we attempt to ship them within 48 hours. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email from Fedex or UPS. Our shipping department works Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need to change your order for any reason, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
We try to process and fulfill all orders within 24 business hours of receiving the order. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions. We ship Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight. Weekend delivery requests may have additional charges. When a shipment is generated the tracking information if available, will automatically be generated and uploaded to your order information. You can access this information by logging into your account at www.TheLiquorBarn.com clicking on order history.
What are the available shipping options?
We ship ground, 2-Day, and overnight via various carriers. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any shipping questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates will automatically be calculated via the website. You will then have the ability to choose any option you want via various shipping providers. Shipping rates are based on standard 750ML bottles. Unusual shape bottles, gift sets, 1.75L bottles and items with special packaging will incur additional fees.
Delivery of Alcohol Packages can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Beer cannot be shipped. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Some collectible wine and spirit items cannot be replaced if an accident should happen. Insurance is available to most destinations through UPS and FedEx. Generally, it is a charge of $.70 per $100 after the first $100.
Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. You may desire to insure your shipment. Email us at email@example.com. Liquor Barn is not responsible if a bottle is broken during shipment.
Please indicate if you would like your order insured. We will secure the coverage on your behalf. If a package arrives damaged, please contact CustomerService@theliquorbarn.com to inform of us of the damage.
Every country has different taxes, customs and tariffs that you may have to pay. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be added to your order as our shipping estimates provided by the shipping calculator are estimates. We advise you to check with the destination country's local shipping official regarding taxes or custom charges that must be paid before your order is released.

You can place an order online for pickup at any Liquor Barn store location. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup.
Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony. It is Liquor Barn's policy not to ship to certain states where direct shipment is prohibited and therefore, our web site will not let you place an order for shipment to Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia and some other states.
Disclaimer: Liquor Barn will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Liquor Barn in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject Liquor Barn to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. Liquor Barn is not responsible for inclement weather throughout the shipping process, extreme heat or cold can damage the products. All shipping prices are estimated and are based on destination, the average size and weight (5 lbs.) of a typical 750 ml bottle. Orders of 12 or more 750ml bottles, 6 or more 1.5L bottles, or any non-standard bottle may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Non-Illinois residents are responsible for determining if their state laws allow wines, spirits or tobacco products to ship into their state. Each state has their own laws and regulations related to these products. Please check with your appropriate agencies.Each individual accepts responsibility for their state verifications.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Care department for specific instructions on returning your product within 14 days of your purchase. Products returned not due to Liquor Barn's fault will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipment to us. Returns will be credited to the initial payment method. Returned items must be returned in saleable and unopened condition.
How do I return a product?
If your product was shipped, contact our Customer Care department for specific instructions on returning your product. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping to Liquor Barn, unless the wrong product was shipped in error by Liquor Barn. A restocking fee may apply. Wines that are older than 5 years are not returnable, nor does Liquor Barn guarantee any of these wines.
How do I cancel an order?
If your product has not yet been shipped or packed by Liquor Barn, then an order cancellation can be processed immediatly. However, if your order has already been packed or shipped than a cancellation fee may apply.
If you purchased products in one of our Superstores, please return it to the store for return processing.
