Product Description

High West Vodka 7000' Peach

"Our seasonal Peach Vodka is collaboration with Leon Wilson, a peach grower in Roy, Utah. Leon handpicks these peaches the day they hit perfect ripeness. After cleaning and de-stoning, we macerate the fruit in our Vodka 7000' for several weeks to extract the peach essence. It takes four peaches to make every bottle! Roy is next to Brigham City Utah, home of an annual peach festival second to none because the western slopes of the Wasatch Mountains produce some of the best peaches around due to the intense sun they get." -Producer

Beverage Testing Institute - "Pale golden amber color. Vivid dried peach aromas leap from the glass and follow through on a round, supple entry to a very fruity medium-to-full body with a touch of peach piecrust, prairie grass and mineral water. Finishes with a spry, drying, peppery peach yogurt and skin accented fade. Impressive aromas and flavors."

  1. Smooth with a peach flavor over ice. 5 Star Review

I am still on my first glass of this vodka. Normally I drink potato vodka, not liking grain, but this hits the spot. I would recommend this with a flavored mix as I like the purity of straight unflavored vodka. I have tried, corn (really moonshine), milk, sugar cane, potato and now oat vodka. Like it and will enjoy the rest of the bottle at a party I am hosting.
