Want to spice up your life with some bitters but aren’t sure about how to do it?

How about the classic Champagne cocktail?

All you need is champagne, or other bubbly, a couple dashes of bitters, cognac, and a sugar cube, and you are set.

Portions:

1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters

3 oz Champagne

1/3 oz Cognac

1 sugar cube

Here’s how the pro’s do it:

Pour the bitters on the sugar cube and place the cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Then slowly pour cognac. Then slowly pour Champagne. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or orange slice.
