Love Potion
Ingredients:
2 oz. Dry vermouth
1 oz. Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
1 tsp. Raspberry syrup
Brandied cherry for garnish
Directions:
1.Combine the vermouth, Kirschwasser, and raspberry syrup in a mixing glass and fill the remaining room with ice.
2.Stir the mixture and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3.Garnish with the brandied cherry.
Sweet Kiss
Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
¾ oz. Sweet vermouth
¾ oz. Dubonnet red vermouth
¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Apple slice for garnish
Directions:
1.Combine the gin, sweet vermouth, Dubonnet red vermouth, and the Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur in a mixing glass and fill the remaining space with ice.
2.Stir the mixture and strain into a martini glass.
3.Garnish with the apple slice.
Between the Sheets
Ingredients:
1 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Light rum
¼ oz. Fresh lemon juice
Orange peel for garnish
Directions:
1.Add the cognac, triple sec, rum, and lemon juice to a shaker and fill the shaker with ice.
2.Shake the shaker vigorously and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
3.Slip in an orange peel for garnish. Experiencing home bartenders can try to flame the orange peel over the glass instead, and then discard the peel.
The Lover
Ingredients:
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
2-3 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 oz. Brut champagne
Directions:
1.Combine the gin and the pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
2.Shake the shaker well, until it is chilled throughout.
3.Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or small coupe.
4.Top with champagne.
Daisy Bouquet
Ingredients:
2 oz. Light tequila
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. Granulated sugar
½ oz. Grand Marnier
Club soda
Directions:
1.Add the lemon juice and sugar to the shaker and stir together.
2.Add the tequila and Grand Marnier, and fill with ice.
3.Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top off with a splash of club soda.
